Location Data: The core function of our app is to provide location-based services. To do this, we need to access your device's GPS location. We only access your location while you are actively using the app, and with your explicit permission.

Personal Information: If you create an account (if applicable), we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to personalize your experience.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our app, such as your search queries, the categories you browse, and the features you use. This helps us improve our service.

Device Information: We may collect technical information about your device, including the model, operating system, and unique device identifiers, to ensure our app functions correctly and to diagnose issues.

Buska Pro includes an optional feature called Add with AI. When a seller chooses to use this feature and selects photos for analysis, the selected photos are transmitted to OpenAI, a third-party artificial intelligence service provider, so that the images can be analyzed and an editable marketplace listing draft can be generated.

The AI may suggest information such as the listing name, description, category, search keywords, and condition when that information can reasonably be determined from the selected photos. The AI does not set, invent, or estimate the seller's price. Sellers must review the generated information and may edit it before publishing.

Buska does not sell photos submitted through Add with AI and does not use them for advertising. Buska does not create an additional permanent server copy of a photo solely for AI analysis through this feature. OpenAI states that data submitted through its API is not used to train its models by default. OpenAI may retain API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for service delivery and abuse-prevention purposes unless a different eligible retention configuration applies or retention is required by law.

Sellers should only submit photos they have the right to use and should avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information in photos submitted for AI analysis.

Use of Add with AI is optional. Sellers who do not wish to use third-party AI processing may create and edit their listings manually without using this feature.
